To build a new pool we charge 252.00.euros per sq mt (exc iva )

The costing will NOT include architects fees, builing licences, excavation or backfilling.

The architects fees are around 1.400.00 euros.

Building licences are are around 300 euros.depending on your town hall.

The cost of excavation depends on how hard the ground is and where the architect dictates that we dig to.The same applies to backfilling.
